Handling and Deliveries
All products labeled as In-Stock will ship same business day if ordered before 3PM AEST or following business day if ordered after 3PM AEST.
Products labeled Available will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability in our supplier warehouse. The usual delivery time frame for this products is between 14-21 business days.
All Orders are sent in plain packaging, and at no stage anyone will become aware of the content of your parcel when delivered.
As a return address, Distribution Centre Australia will be displayed to ensure absolute privacy.
You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable), however we reserved the right to conduct separate shipments subject to stock availability with our supplier.
No extra charge will occur for separate shipments.
Customs and Duty
Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.
Canceling Orders
Your order may be canceled at any time however if you cancel your order within the quoted shipping time frame as stated under our product availability link then a 15% processing fee applies and will be deducted from the total paid refund amount.
If you cancel an order after the quoted shipping time frame has passed there will be no fees deducted from the refund amount. We cannot cancel orders which are placed on ongoing products during promotions or special offers unless sold out or discontinued by the supplier.
